The uses and characteristics of toilet paper and corrugated paper

Toilet paper, also known as crepe toilet paper, is mainly used for people’s daily health and is one of the indispensable paper types for the people. In order to soften the toilet paper, the softness of the toilet paper is increased by wrinkling the paper sheet by mechanical means. There are many raw materials for the manufacture of toilet paper, commonly used are cotton pulp, wood pulp, straw pulp, waste paper pulp and so on. No sizing is required for toilet paper. If colored toilet paper is produced, the prepared colorant should be added. Toilet paper is characterized by strong water absorption, low bacterial content (the total number of bacteria per gram of paper weight should not exceed 200-400, and pathogenic bacteria such as coliform bacteria are not allowed), the paper is soft, evenly in thickness, no holes, and evenly wrinkled, Consistent color and less impurities. If producing small rolls of double-layer toilet paper, the perforation spacing should be the same, and the pinholes should be clear, easily broken and neat.

Corrugated base paper is the base paper of corrugated paper, which is mainly used for the middle layer of corrugated cardboard. Most of the corrugated base paper is made of lime-based rice and wheat straw pulp, and the commonly used quantitative are 160 g/m2, 180 g/m2, and 200 g/m2. The requirements for corrugated base paper are uniform fiber structure, uniform thickness of paper sheets, and certain strengths such as ring pressure, tensile strength, and folding resistance. It does not break when pressing corrugated paper, and has high pressure resistance. And have good stiffness and good breathability. The color of the paper is bright yellow, smooth, and the moisture is appropriate.
