(1)The seller will provide technical support and send engineers for installation, test run the whole paper production line and training the buyer’s workers
(2)As different paper production line with different capacity, it will take different time to install and test run the paper production line. As usual, for regular paper production line with 50-100t/d, it will take about 4-5months,but mainly depend on the local factory and workers’ cooperation situation.
(3)The buyer shall be responsible for the salary, visa, round trip tickets, train tickets, accommodation and quarantine charges for the engineers

1.What kind of paper do you want to produce?
Toilet paper, tissue paper, napkin paper, facial tissue paper, serviette paper, handkerchief paper, corrugated paper, fluting paper, kraft paper, kraft test liner paper, duplex paper, brown carton packaging paper, coated paper, cardboard paper.

2.What raw material will be used to produce the paper?
Waste paper, OCC(old corrugated carton), virgin wood pulp, wheat straw, rice straw, reed, wood log, wood chips, bamboo, sugar cane, bagasse, cotton stalk, cotton linter.

3.What’s the paper’s width(mm)?
787mm,1092mm,1575mm,1800mm,1880mm,2100mm,2200mm,2400mm,2640mm, 2880mm,3000mm, 3200mm, 3600mm, 3800mm, 4200mm, 4800mm, 5200mm and others required.

4.What’s the paper’s weight (gram/square meter)?
20-30gsm, 40-60gsm, 60-80gsm,90-160gsm,100-250gsm,200-500gsm,etc.

5.How about the capacity (tons/day/24hours)?
1–500t/d

6.How long is guarantee period for paper making machine?
12 months after successful test-run

7.How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time for regular paper production line with smaller capacity is 45-60 days after receiving deposit, but for bigger capacity, it will take longer. E.g. For 80-100t/d paper making machine, the delivery time is about 4months after receiving deposit or L/C at sight.

8.What is the payment terms?
(1). T/T(telegraphic transfer)30% as deposit,and 70% balance paid before shipment.
(2). 30%T/T + 70%L/C at sight.
(3). 100%L/C at sight.
