D shape hydra pulper works as breaking down device for pulping process, it can process all kinds of waste paper, OCC and commercial virgin pulp board. It consisted of D shape pulper body, rotor device, supporting frames, covers, motor etc. Because of it’s special design, D shape pulper rotor device is deviated from pulper center position, which allows more and higher contact frequency for pulp fiber and pulper rotor, this makes D shape pulper more efficient in raw material processing than traditional pulper device.
