Open type head box consists of flow distributor device,evener device,lip device, head box body. Its working speed is 100-200M/min(or special designed according to requirement).
1.Flow distributor device: pyramid pipe manifold pulp inlet,steps pulp distributor.
2.Evener device: two evener rolls,evener roll running speed adjustable.
3.Lip device: consist of up lip,micro-adjuster device. up lip can be adjusted up and down,forth and back,adjusted by manual worm-gear case.
4.Head box body: open type head box body.

Closed type air cushion head box consists of flow distributor device,evener device,lip device,head box body,air supply system,computer controller.Its working speed is 200-400M/min(or special designed according to requirement).
1.Flow distributor device: pyramid pipe manifold pulp inlet,3 steps pulp distributor. equipped with pressure balance indicator to help adjust the balance of pulp inlet pressure.
2.Evener device: two evener rolls,evener roll drive with constant speed worm-gear case
3.Lip device: consist of up lip,bottom lip,micro-adjuster device and opening indicator. up lip can be adjusted up and down,forth and back,adjusted by manual worm-gear case,opening is 5-70mm.up lip outlet with vertical small lip,vertical small lip is adjusted by precise worm-gear ,with dial indicator.
4.Head box body: sealed stainless steel box.
5.Air supply device: Trefoil low ripple roots blower
6.Computer controller: Decoupling of the entire computer automatic control.total pressure control and pulp level control is stable and easy to operate.
